You can track your order using the tracking number emailed to you once your order is shipped. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Tracking details will be sent upon request. We offer delivery across Pakistan. Same-day express delivery is available for Karachi.

Exchanges are accepted if the request is sent within 48 hrs of receiving, items in their original condition, without the tag removed. Contact customer support on WhatsApp or email with your order number to request an exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We accept all Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and EasyPaisa for orders within Pakistan.
